▸ Project Lifecycle / How We Work
From Call To Final Inspection
Nine steps from the first conversation to the pour. You always know what's next, what's ready, and what's on the schedule.
- 01
Consultation
You call or submit a request. We talk scope, location, and timeline, and decide whether a site visit makes sense.
- 02
Site Visit & Estimate
We walk the site, review the engineer's drawing (or refer one), and send a firm estimate with materials, labor, and schedule.
- 03
Engineering & Permits
We coordinate with your structural engineer and the city. The rebar detail is confirmed to the stamped plans and the inspection schedule is set.
- 04
Rebar Prefab & Cage Tie
Where it makes sense, cages and mats are pre-tied in the yard — columns, pop-up walls, and standard geometries — to cut field time.
- 05
Mobilization
Steel, ties, and equipment delivered. Site is prepped and laid out to the drawing — lines, grade, and blockouts confirmed.
- 06
Installation
Cages set and mats tied bar-by-bar to the engineer's detail — dowels, splices, stirrups, and cover all held to spec.
- 07
Inspection
City or special inspector signs off on the rebar. We plan around the inspection and work to pass on the first visit.
- 08
Pour / Shotcrete
We hand off a clean, plumb, inspection-ready cage to the concrete or shotcrete crew and stay available through the pour.
- 09
Closeout
Final walk, any punch items addressed, and records handed over. The structure is built for the life of the building.
